Spicy Korean Fusion: Paneer Chilli Recipe

You got to try this one , jain , healthy, super delicious and quick recipe.

Ingredients
Take a bowl
- 1 tsp homemade schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- Mix all well
Now take a pan
- Take 1 tbsp Mustard oil
- 250 grams diced paneer cubes - cook both sides with some oats flour + rice flour - cook for 3-4 minutes (for coating)
Now
- Take 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Add 1 tsp slits ginger
- 1 tsp slits green chillies
- 1 tsp slits red chillies
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt to taste
- Now add the sauce & paneer cook well
- Now add 1 tbsp oats + rice flour slurry (to make it mix oats + rice flour and water - equal portions of each)
To finish it garnish it with some sesame seeds.
